Top PTFE / Bowden Tube Passthrough Feeder for the Original Prusa Enclosure

I wanted the tube from my drybox to be able to feed into the top of my enclosure and slightly slide back and fourth with the x-axis. This was a perfect solution! I scaled this for a 4.0mm tube so anything bigger won't fit. I also only use one piece secured on the top by rivets and don't sandwich two pieces together between the top like the original model. There should be enough room for the tube to freely slide back and fourth with no resistance.
