My intent was to design a simple robust bow sander that was easy to load.

166mm (6.53") long sanding surface.

Sand Paper 13mm X 225mm long (cutting template file included)

Printed in PLA on a P1P

.08 layer height

3 walls

15% infill

No supports were needed

Print the “Tee Screw” laying flat for the best strength
