I've been surprised how useful this turned out to be. It's a small simple sifter to easily separate fines from larger chunks. The collection basket retains the fines well, and the top tray gathers the larger chunks.
Flip the top over to store compactly, with the taller top part fitting into the collection basket.
There isn't much else to say… It's a sifter with an integrated collection basket. Put stuff in. Shake. Use the stuff that collected in the basket. That's all there is to it.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Use a “structural” print profile, or print with 3 or more walls and 20% to 60% for best results. Supports will likely be needed.
There are ridges and grooves on the screen-facing edges to help retain the screen. Supports for these, at least around the ridges, will need to be removed. A very dull chisel or a fairly sharp flathead screwdriver can really help with this.
Once printed and cleaned of supports:
Cut a slightly oversized piece of screen.
Screw the parts together tightly around the screen, with the screws driven right through the screen.
Cut the excess screen from around it with a razor knife, assuming you used plastic screen. For metal screen, you may have to mark the pattern and cut it with tin snips.
