This is a small case which fits on a keychain, so that you never forget your ear plugs.
I printed the case in Fiberlodgy FiberFlex 40D without supports, a brim is necessary.
First print the fit test file split in two parts. Use for example PLA and check if the earplugs fit and are slightly lose inside the two halves when you shake them. Scale the model accordingly up or down by a view percent, then print the TPU case file. If you have to downscale the final model a lot the opening slit might be closed depending on your printer and TPU settings from stringing, in this case just use a razor blade to reopen the seam.
Two models are available one with a straight seam and one with a s-curve. Both function very well, my earplugs never have fallen out in eighter of them.
