Three part wireless Sweep Bling LP case inspired by geist's TOTEM.

Without any bumpons attached the case retains the same overall height as a naked PCB build.

The case is split into three pieces: a top part, a switch plate and a bottom plate; each of these is attached to the other via 4 screws which thread directly into the plastic - be mindful when tightening them down. A total of 16 countersunk M2x5mm screws are required for the assembly of both halves.

Optimized for .4mm nozzles, the top parts and the switch plates will be printed face down, regular orientation for the bottom plates. I would suggest increasing the number of top/bottom layers in order to avoid sparse infills in the switch/bottom plates, no other specific print settings.

Print featured above in Prusament Galaxy Black PETG, and MOTE keycaps by eiga in Prusament Mango Yellow PETG.

Notes:

  • not suitable for wired builds
  • reset button inaccessible (if soldered it will actually collide with the switch plate)
  • should mostly fit 301230 li-po batteries under socketed controllers (using medium height headers)

Updates:

  • 05/12/2024 - added cutouts/guides in the bottom plates that provide easy access with a pair of needle nose tweezers to the reset/ground pins of the controller (might need to run a paper clip through the guides prior to mounting the plates)
