CALB CA series LiFePO4 battery terminal cover

This is a battery terminal cover for CALB LiFePO4 CA180FI and similar battery cells.  It's designed to fit the OEM CALB bus bars with the OEM bolts, washers, and locking rings, and includes a gap for a heat shrink ring terminal for your BMS leads.

I originally designed this for flexible TPU, but upon further research I learned that TPU is considered combustible, while PETG is not, so for my final version I printed these in PETG.  With PETG the caps fit very well and will stay secure even without a bolt on the terminal, but with a bolt and bus bar they are actually very tight and secure.
