I made these fence post lights to add some decoration to the limited space I have at my condo. They are swappable for all times of the year, even a file for just a standard ball to go on them. I attached the Fusion and step files for the mount itself so you can adjust them to your fence post's exact dimensions. The light socket just presses in and stays fairly well.
The mount STL attached is for 3.6x3.6in fence posts
Printed in translucent PETG for weather resistance
The threads are 1.5x6 if you decide to make your own caps or want to attach them to a different form of support
What you will need. Here is what I used

12v power supply

#8 wood screws 1 inch in length. Each cap can support up to 8 but you probably won't need all 8 holes
Wire size is dependent on your length of run and the number of lights you run. I used 18 gauge. Do your research on it, each light draws about .5 amp for the ones I used
Update:
Set caps to 101% so they screw on easier. I used a tree support up the middle with a PLA interface so it would come off easily. It came off so easily that the support was left on the build plate when I removed the globe. I will continue to update throughout the year as I make more caps for different holidays.
