Manticore semiautomatic 40mm airsoft grenade launcher

The Manticore is (to my knowledge) the first shell-ejecting blowback 40mm launcher in the world. It uses HPA to cycle short 40mm grenades (shells shorter than 90mm), and fires in semi-auto. 

I recommend printing all of the parts for this project in PLA+ or PLA PRO, at 80% infill or above for the receivers and 100% infill for the internal parts. The magazines and stock can be printed at 50% infill.

Parts list:

• .055" spring wire 
• Pneumatic valve 
• Pneumatic tubing set 
• 1.5" ABS pipe
• 1" PVC pipe 
• 5mm steel rods 
• 6mm pneumatic tubing to HPA adapter
• An HPA tank, regulator, and line
• An AR15 style pistol grip (unless you choose the lower with a built-in grip)
• 2.5" 8x32 machine screws with matching nuts (4x)
• 1" 8x32 machine screws with matching nuts (x3)
• .5" 8x32 machine screws with matching nuts (x2)
• 608z bearing for the hammer (1x)
• 20x200mm spring
• 10x10mm spring (2x)
• 8x10mm spring (2x)
• M6 heatset insert (x1)
• 14x2.5mm O-ring (x2)
• 12x12mm spring (1x) (you will only need this if you are using the printed stock)

CAD files are included as well, so go nuts with the remixes and accessories! I will be releasing a few extra bits and bobs for this thing in the next few days as well, like a shell catcher and some tubing guides.
