Rechargeable battery pack case

Case for LiPo battery including Adafruit Powerboost 1000C.

You will need:

3.7v 8000mAh LiPo Battery

Adafruit Powerboost 1000C

Simple SPDT power switch

4 x M3 x 10mm bolt

4 x M3 nut

4 x M2 x 4mm bolt

24AWG wire

The Powerboost will be powered as soon as a battery is connected. Solder the EN and GND pins to the slide switch. Mount the switch so moving to the left turns the Powerboost off (as in the picture). Notice the ‘ON’ to the right.

Slide the Powerboost into the recess USB-A first (it's a snug fit). Secure in place with 2 x M2 bolts.

Press the base against the lid (the battery will be held tightly in position). Secure with 4 x M3 x 10mm bolts and 4 x M3 nuts.
