Pocket Hole Clamp Hack

A hack for the cheap 100mm (4 inch) quick release ratcheting bar clamp that converts it into a pocket hole clamp. Just remove the flexible jaw cushions and replace them with the matching pair to either end of the jaws.

Two type are included:

• Single prong for perpendicular clamping

• Two prong for side clamping

Included parametric f3d file to fit your own clamp.   

To modify:  Remove the rubber part of your clamp and measure the metal FACE dimensions. You can use Change Parameters, and in the Favorites ,replace the values based on your measurements.

You can then activate whether you want the double or single "finger" tip component and export parts to print.

Deactivate the Clamp End component as it is not to be printed.
