You can add the child's name in the slicer, giving it a height of 0.4.

You can also use the fusion360 project and simply edit the name in the ‘name’ sketch.
You can also edit the date of birth in the ‘birth date’ sketch.
For advanced users: by default only the silhouette is extruded in the name, if you want to extrude the fill you have to explode the text in the sketch and edit the operation ‘ExtruirName’.

For the same finish as in the photo, it is recommended to print with a layer height of 0.2 and to make the colour changes in layers 6, 11 and 13.
