Skipping Rope or Jump Rope Handle
It features a standard 608 skateboard bearing. It is held together using four self-tapping wood screws. Each handle consists of three parts, the front and back of the handle and the knot holder.
The picture shows one of the handles after seven months of use so it's a bit battered but still working perfectly fine.

Assembly
- The rope is 4 mm in diameter
- Cut the rope to length
- Mount knot holders in the bearing
- Put the bearings and knot holders on the rope
- Tie a knot at the end of the rope and put into the cup of the knot holder.
- Stop the knot from untying by either using, superglue on the knot, or if nylon rope is used the knot can be melted slightly.
- Screw two shells together using 3.5mm x 20mm self-tapping wood screws (ensure Screws do not protrude through the shell)
