N7 Valkyrie 3D Printed Rifle - Cosplay Prop

Important Note: This model is fairly complex to assemble and requires glue. Recommended is either a gel super-glue or two-part epoxy. Do not use the runniest super glue around, like I did, unless you want to become part of the prop.

Great for cosplay, this rifle comes in at around 70cm in length. It is marginally scalable and has a general tolerance of between 0.2-0.4mm. Recommended to glue before painting. This is a hefty print and will take both time and a lot of material. It is also hollowed out in some areas to allow for LED placement, however it is not ideal. The top barrel has space for magnets to allow it to be removed for battery access but I have not tested this so your mileage may vary.

Printing Instructions:

It is perfectly fine to split some of these parts on the Z-plane if needed. Most of the seams are fairly well hidden. Print orientations are fairly simple. There is only one exception:

Stock Grip Orientation:

All parts should be printable in FDM, may require supports. I printed this as a mix of FDM and resin.

Assembly Instructions:

The small bits are self-explanatory. The rods are each uniquely sized to their relevant slot.

This model was designed quite a while ago and whilst I would love to include some better fasteners and rework the whole thing not to use glue, I am afraid that my time is just too limited at the moment. Please feel free to remix!

It is unlikely that I will be updating this model unless I really get the inspiration and find the time to do so.

The Boring Stuff:

All rights belong to Bioware. This is a toy replica and a piece of fan art. Don't sell my models, tag me where possible and have fun!
