I changed the idex T0 fan / belt retention to be on the opposite side so I / you don't break them taking the belt off.

Description
PDFI changed the idex T0 fan / belt retention to be on the opposite side so I and you don't accidentally break your hotend wires while changing belts. It should also cut down on the amount of zip ties you use while messing with belts (b/c you had to cut them each time before to remove the belt).
