I designed this to use in a 20-pipe Busker crank organ that I'm making, from a popular plan available on-line from its inventor. My version will be MIDI-only, so some aspects of the original design will be changed, including the route of the PVC air supply tubes.

My woodworking skills are probably not up to making accurate wooden blocks that will not leak, break, or otherwise spoil the organ. And I will need the inlet tube to reach the organ pipes at various angles. So 3D printing seems the best option for me.

The OpenSCAD code is fully parametric, and all dimensions can easily be changed.

This model will be airtight when the inlet is filled with  adhesive, and is bonded to the balsa wood pipe with PVA, epoxy adhesive, or silicone-based builders sealant.

The photos show my prototype block which is now successfully bonded to a test pipe. The .stl file that is attached will make this block - inlet hole 6.3mm, outlet 8mm, width 15mm. To make a different size block, just change the appropriate parameters in the OpenSCAD code.
