Telescope Finder Scope Mount w/Picatinny Rail

Rev 2 is stronger - when the first design (R1) was mounted, the open ends splayed out as the fasteners got tightened. R2 also rotates the model 180°, and increases the layer height, resulting in a faster print.

Removed the circular scope holder, and added Picatinny-style mounting rail.
