Inch Radius Gauges with Box

This was mostly a design challenge for myself using Fusion 360. The set includes both inside and outside radius gauges in imperial units from 1/8" to 1" in 1/16" increments. There is one STL files for the inside radius and another for the outside radius. The design should make it easy for you to paint the labels in your slicer to make them more easily readable. In my case I filled background around the labels with a contrasting color.

The box has a slip fit cover that works fine when printed in Bambu PLA Matte on my Bambu P1S printer however you may need to make some adjustments depending on your particular filament and printer. If the lid is too loose or too tight, adjust the size of the base in the X and Y dimentions very slightly in your slicer. A change of 0.01% may be all that is needed. I would just change the base and leave the cover as is.
