Here is a link to the OnShape document in case you want to make any changes to the model.
The lower bracket was redesigned, it is now able to be split in three parts. The original was pretty bulky and kind of a pain to store efficiently in the toolbox I have to take to races with me. The new version is low profile can easily be stored in a foam layer that is ca. 30mm thick which saves a lot of space in my already crammed toolbox!
For the complete tool, click here and download part 2 and 4.
If you plan on printing with 0.3mm layer height I recommend printing both parts with the hole for the hinge (the center piece you can download on this page and part 2 from the original) with variable layer height of 0.2 in the area with the hole in order to achieve a better/smoother fit. The one you can see in the pictures was printed in Spectrum Filaments PCTG, I like it for its added toughness/elasticity.
The author remixed this model.
The lower bracket was redesigned to be able to separate into three different parts in order to achieve a lower profile of the tool for easier storage.
