Acrylic Double Glazed Window for Cat Flap

Spacers for an acrylic window with a cat flap in it.

Uses this cat flap.

The window templates are available in the downloads. The acrylic windows were bought from cut my plastic.

13/11/24 V2: Increased the thickness of the spacers from 7mm to 14mm so the total window width is 24mm which is a common thickness for double glazing in the UK. Made the window spacer enclose the whole window. Made the cat flap spacer wider (5mm,5mm,5mm,5mm) to (26mm, 22mm, 10mm, 22mm) and added holes for the cat flap mounting screws.

14/11/24 V2.1: Adjusted holes in the cat flap spacer. Holes now 9mm from the side of square hole and 72mm from top of the square hole.

30/11/24 : Added a slim (2.5mm) and thick version (5mm) of the window spacer.
