This is  an adaptator to fit 40mm diameter pvc pipe to 80mm rain water pipe with a 2° slope for water drainage purposes.

I used it to connect an outdoor sink drain to the roof rain gutter pipe of our house.

Printing:
Any setup works, unfortunatly, supports are needed. For material, I prefer PETG over PLA for outdoor use due to its higher temperature resistance.

How to:
- Drill the gutter (dia 42-45mm), if needed, pre-drill with a shirter dialeter bit.
- Insert the tool (keep in mind the slope, refer to the printed ‘up’ wording)
- Mark the fastener hole location, remove the tool and drill them (dia 1.5mm)
- Apply silicon sealant on the inside of the tool
- Re-install the tool and screw it in place.
- Fit the 40mm pipe, apply silicon sealant as needed.

Notes:
- I used it for 6 month without any issue.
- I added the FreeCAD source file for tinkering.

Happy printing :)
