Knob Sleeve for Eureka Mignon Grind Setting Dial
Remix of W0lf92's Knob Sleeve that avoids pushing on the Dial and grinding on the original indicator.

Description
PDFI first printed W0lf92's Knob Sleeve, but quickly realized that it didn't quite work for me. The Knob did grind away my original indicator on the right frontside of my mill and also pushed down my Grind Settings Dial (v2), so it's lid wouldn't stay down (maybe my mill is different?).
My remix addresses both of those issues. Don't worry about the holes in the sleeve near the teeth, you won't notice them and they are required to get enough vertical clearance.
I also added the Fusion 360 source file, in case you need to make modifications.
Printing
Sadly this model won't print without support, but you don't need much and it removes well. Check the pictures or gcode on where to apply support.

Differences of the remix compared to the original
- Cutout at the bottom to not grind on the original indicator below the knob (check W0lf92's pictures on where the Knob sleeve contacts the indicator)
- More vertical clearance between knob and Grind Setting Dial V2 (which led in my case to the lid of the indicator gear finally sticking down when using the Knob Sleeve)
