Had to get a portable air conditioner for the master bed room. Usually they come with a 1.8m 150mm hose to be hung out of the window 🤔. Means the 1.8m are getting hot and the window has to be open - both not really good.

Solution, take out a few bricks (easy the way houses are built in Australia, 3d print a few parts, get another duct (usually for a range hood) and grille from the hardware store and bob is your uncle.

The first variant of the main part was a 25hr print 😱. All but the sealing rings are PETG.

The sealing rings are printed with Flex (shore harness A85) keeps theLid and adapters in and sealed.  Print the sealing ring with the pointy end of the figure 1 profile on the build plate and use support. The pointy and also needs to point towards the opening. (PS.: I love printing flex it is so soothing and calming 😴). In total five sealing rings are needed.

In winter close off the hole with the lid.

PS.: need to make a correction. The sealing ring needs to be printed with the pointy end facing  not onto the build plate this is to ensure a smooth contact surface. And btw One ring took 51m to print on the MK3S
