Tired of plastic debris getting into your Z motor pulleys? Oh, didn't know that was a problem? Small bits of plastic from printing will make its way into your Z motor pulleys and fill up the teeth. This will cause stretching of the belt as the pulley rotates around, causing artifacts and QGL issues. If enough of the pulley teeth get filled with plastic, it can cause the belt to slip, without noise! Ask me how I know ;). If you do get plastic in the pulley, it requires a complete tear down of the Z axis to remove the stepper motor.
I spent lots of time dialing these in for best fitment, ease of installation and printing. I have over 12 iterations and this is the final version that has worked great. Keeps out all but the smallest specs of dust from getting into your pulleys. Save yourself hours of headaches and scratching your head trying to figure out why you are having Z axis issues, weird repeating artifacts in the Z axis and QGL failures. These are very easy to print.
