The Georgios Karaiskakis Stadium (Greek: Στάδιο Γεώργιος Καραϊσκάκης) in Piraeus (near Athens), Greece, is the home ground of football club Olympiacos. It is named after a military commander and national hero of the Greek War of Independence.
A sports venue has existed in this location since the Athens 1896 Summer Olympics, renovated in the 1960s' and again in 2004 for the Athens 2004 Summer Olympics. With a capacity of 33,334, it is the largest football-specific stadium and the second largest football stadium in Greece overall. The stadium has hosted several high-profile European matches, including the 2023 UEFA Super Cup (from Wikipedia).
