VacHoseHook - for hose up to 63.5 mm (2.5 inch)

Simple quick remix. Scaled everything up by 1.3 (except the mount screw holes and thickness of the base), to go from accommodating “up to 50mm” to accommodating up to 63.5mm (from 2" to 2.5")! I did have to trim the edges a bit to make sure it still fits on a regular size printer bed (anything at least 200x200 should be fine). Thanks, Peter H for the excellent model!

Note: with 0.4 mm nozzle on my Flashforge AD5M fast CoreXY printer, the projected print time for 0.28mm layer height, 3 perimeter walls, and 15% infill is 4 hours and 17 minutes. 

CHANGE LOG:

• Dec. 5, 2024 - v.1.2 - tweaked the shape of the curves to allow more clearance for inserting and removing hoses.
• Dec. 2, 2024 - v.1.1 - increased vertical spacing (between “lip to lip”) up to 98.0 mm, as some hoses fit in the lower slot, while other hoses did not. Also, adjusted model so that two printed copies, mounted one directly over the other, allows making 4 hanging spots instead of 2, and the spacing there is also exactly 98.0 mm —assuming the bases are mounted touching each other.  The amount of increased vertical space from v1.0 to v1.1 is about 7 mm. The overall model's Y axis length on the print bed is now 196 mm, which should still fit on any printer that has a 200 x 200 mm print bed.

"A simple (but quite long) print to hang any vacuum hose up to two inches (50mm) diameter and two loops.

"My hose is extra long (6m) so needed two loops to keep it tidy and off the ground.

"Printed in PLA, but anything will do - does not even have to be particularly sturdy.  Mine is mounted on a piece of ply to make it easier for me to bolt to the concrete wall, but that is not necessary for that or any other installation!
