Nanoframe is an inexpensive reusable nylon frame with magnets for any meltblown or nanotextile filter. The filter is placed in a frame and discarded after daily use. For next use simply attach new sheet of filter. This minimizes waste and the cost of each use. Choose the type of filter according to your preferences and needs. Filtration efficiency is then guaranteed by the manufacturer of your filter.
Not suitable for people with cardiostimulators or implants, contains strong magnets!
Nylon filament PAJet 160, HB 90°C, HE 240°C. 3.64 meters, 9.89g, 56 minutes. First layer 0.2 mm, further layers 0.3 mm. 100% infill.
Nylon flows and tends to peel off, so I recommend gluing plain office paper to the HB with paper glue. Printing directly on paper yields best results, after printing submerge the printing sheet in water for some time, the print than comes off easily. If you are going to print directly on HB using some kind of glue, I recommend a brim of at least 3 mm.
Cylindrical neodymium magnets parallel to the axis. Sizes in mm:
5 * 2 – 5pcs
10 * 2.5 – 2pcs
5 * 4 – 1 pc
Meltblown filter – BFE 95% (50 m/rol) – Torex Bohemia –https://www.chytrerousky.cz/
Cut your filter to a size for Nanoframe large: 18 x 20 cm, and for Nanoframe small: 16,5 x 19 cm. Place a Nanoframe on it, and fold the filter over the Nanoframe and fix it with eight clips to the frame.
Then place the top and bottom magnetic sides on right and left to the central side magnet. Create a overlap as the filter folds.
Insert a ring with a magnetic center into the inside so that the filter does not move inside the Nanoframe when inhaling
Fix the nose to the upper packs and attach the rubber bands.
From the beginning of the pandemic, the goal was to create a lightweight, breathable mask in combination with nanotextiles. In 14 days in the spring of 2020, it succeeded. 3D printing first took place with PLA directly on nanotextile FMPV1900L. However, there was a problem with disinfection and the mask was only for limited time of use.
We heard the demand for a reusable mask, this time with NYLON due to its great resistance. Thanks to availability of various filters and due to the great design, Nanoframe evolved in the end of summer 2020 to be used with a reusable filter.
