Milwaukee Orbital Detail Sander 2531-20 Holder - Clamp Mount

This holder slides onto the bar of an Irwin Quick Grip Mini Clamp (1/2 inch - 12.7mm bar width). Clamp to a suitable horizontal work surface to keep the sander handy, and out of the way when not needed.

This is intended for use with the M12 FUEL™ Orbital Detail Sander 2531-20. However, the M12 FUEL™ 1/2" Hammer Drill/Driver 3404-20 and M12 FUEL™ 1/4" Hex Impact Driver 3453-20 also fit. It's likely other Milwaukee M12 tools will fit. Not sure how useful it is for tools other than the sander.

Printing recommendations

I used some cheap PLA+ from Amazon. I have not been gentle with this and it is holding up well. I think regular PLA will work fine with the settings below.

Model is oriented with the correct face on the build plate. Rotate as needed.

• 0.4 nozzle
• 0.20 or 0.28 layer height (I used 0.28)
• 4 walls
• 5 layers top/bottom
• 40% infill, cubic, adaptive cubic or gyroid
• No supports needed
