This tool is used to hold the Gen-2 Trek speed concept front and rear brake wedges steady while tightening the brake cable nut. There are two models depending on the amount of wear/damage your brake wedges have seen. The tight fit model will work best for brake wedges with severe wear or have been machined under sized. While the easy fit model will work best for new wedges or ones that have been machined oversized. You can also scale the prints if you require larger or smaller pockets. I have also included the solid models which can be edited in your CAD program of choice. Not sure why trek never created this tool because holding the wedge in a wrench is insufficient and could cause damage.
