Festool ETS EC150 Sander Clamp Mount

For the Festool ETS EC150 Sander with or without a pad saver installed. If a thick, soft backing pad (FUSION-TEC ST-STF D150/MJ2-M8-SW/Item #202459) is installed, the sander will NOT fit.

This holder slides onto the bar of an Irwin Quick Grip Mini Clamp (1/2 inch - 12.7mm bar width). Clamp to a suitable horizontal work surface to keep the sander handy, and out of the way when not needed.

I provide a CAD file of this remix below, but it contains the remnants of the original mesh. That's why the file size is so big. The OP did not provide a CAD file, so I had to hack the STL.

Printing recommendations

I used some cheap PLA+ from Amazon. I have not been gentle with this and it is holding up well. I think regular PLA will work fine with the settings below.

Model is oriented with the correct face on the build plate. Rotate as needed.

• 0.4 nozzle
• 0.20 or 0.28 layer height (I used 0.28)
• 4 walls
• 5 layers top/bottom
• 40% infill, cubic, adaptive cubic or gyroid
• No supports needed
