Was asked to fix broken part on the Schylling Speedster - Silver Race Car Ride On Scooter Pressed Pressed Steel 2010. It's being donated to children.
Due to strength requirements I customized many slicer settings, used a 0.6mm nozzle, and printed in PETG. 2 pressed-in rings around part can be removed and reinstalled.
Settings summary: 100% concentric infill, .15mm STRUCTURAL layer height, .6mm nozzle, perimeters: 3, .68-.9mm extrusion widths, 240-250c nozzle temps, supports everywhere, and more. See 3mf and gcodefile for full settings.
