Our Whirlpool front load washer had a drum baffle (Whirlpool Part Number WPW10283356) fall off during the course of normal laundry. This model is not an identical replacement, but has worked rather well as a replacement in our washer. I have printed it in PLA on a MK3S with a vertical dovetail cut in order to easily fit it in the print volume. I have also had it printed successfully on a Visionminer diagonally in ASA.
My latest update (the files uploaded here) has rounded corners and will fit diagonally on the MK3S build plate, but I have yet to get it to print without the ends curling up.
I'm including the OpenSCAD model as well, in case anyone finds themself in a similar situation with a similar baffle that has different attachment specs.
