Plastic Buckle v2: (2x the Strength)

This is version 2 of my Plastic Buckle, designed specifically for FDM 3D printing. This updated model brings major improvements, including:

• 2x pull force: Built to handle twice the pulling strength.
• Increased strength: Redesigned for better durability and to minimize stress points.
• Even easier to print: Refined design for smoother, easier printing of unsupported overhangs.

The design still doesn’t need supports and can reliably print in about 30 minutes.

Dimensions:

• Hole size: 5mm x 11mm
• Outside dimensions: 57mm x 24.5mm x 10mm
