Printing panels and shelves for 10-inch-racks often takes a lot of time. So for evaluation purposes (sometimes for regular use as well) I prefer shelves and panels from plywood or plastic sheets I can cut and drill in a fraction of the time I need to print them.
This is a left bracket; for the right hand side you can simply mirror it. The shelf is fixed with two countersink screws (M3), the panel with up to 3 screws (M3).
The rackmount holes are covered by a thin layer of filament, you can poke it through or leave a hole (usually the middle one) closed. The holes then have a diameter of 6.3mm, wide enough for a M6 screw.
Material: PLA, PETG
Layer height: 0.25mm
Nozzle dia: 0.4mm or 0.6mm
Supports: needed only if you print it face down (for a nicer surface, like I tried)

Only brackets, for use with shelves or panels from plywood or plastic sheet material.
