Hakka Stuffer 1/2" drive adapter

I had trouble getting enough force on my Hakka sausage stuffer handle to stuff 17mm snack stick casings through a 10mm tube, so I made this adapter to allow a longer handle (in my case a ratchet handle) to be attached to the stuffer to make it easier to use smaller stuffing tubes.
