‘Helping hands’ are used to hold lease sticks while dressing my floor loom from back to front.

The .3mf file has two bolt sizes. Based on the thickness of your warp beam, remove the size you do not need before slicing. The bolts are 8mm 1.2mm thread pitch. I used a McMaster rod for my step file. If you need to make other lengths, let me know how long you need, and I will post them.

I used a PC blend, and I am VERY happy with the strength and stiffness of the helping hands. The pins snap in place with a satisfying click

The bottom retaining clip has recesses to lock the collar on the nuts in place so that the slotted end does not come loose.

I drilled holes in my lease sticks to accept the pegs in the helping hands.

The clips will hold the lease sticks in place while dressing the loom. There are three sets of pegs. Choose the gap between the pegs that best work with your warp fiber.
