Vespa PK50XL Elestart Polradklemme

Update 2024-11-29:

der Halter aus PETG hat funktioniert ist aber nach der ersten Anwendung gebrochen, deshalb hab ich das ganze nochmals in ASA gedruckt. Geometrie ist unverändert, ich habe lediglich ein Prusa Projekt und eine Druckdatei mit ASA Material hinzugefügt / the holder made of PETG worked but broke after the first use, so I printed the whole thing again in ASA. The geometry is unchanged, I just added a Prusa project and a print file with ASA material

Hier ein Modell eines Klemmstücks um das Polrad / Lüfterrad an einer Vespa PK50XL Elestart zu blockieren um die Muttern der Kurbelwelle und des Getriebes zu befestigen bzw. zu lösen.

Die Verzahnung passt nicht sauber in die des Lüfterrades, das ist so gewollt! Das teil wird mit etwas Kraft in die Verzahnung eingedrückt und hält somit an Ort und Stelle und man hat beide Hände frei um am Motor zu arbeiten.

Die Richtige Positionierung könnt Ihr in den Bildern sehen.

Gedruckt in PETG im Profil 0,15mm Structural mit 10 Perimetern und 50% Infill ohne Stützmaterial.

Here is a model of a clamping piece to block the flywheel / fan wheel on a Vespa PK50XL Elestart in order to fasten or loosen the nuts of the crankshaft and the gearbox.

The teeth do not fit neatly into those of the fan wheel, that is intentional! The part is pressed into the teeth with a little force and thus holds in place and you have both hands free to work on the engine.

Printed in PETG in profile 0.15mm structural with 10 perimeters and 50% infill without support material.
