The idea was to show how a cookie cutter with arbitrary form, even from your own drawing can be designed, without using CAD software.
The shape is designed with a drawing software able to export drawings in svg format, I choose draw.io.
(1) Draw shape, line thickness 3pt, no small details. Add two markers top right and bottom left to fix size, should be completely outside a rectangle containing the shape. Export as svg-frame. Make sure background is transparent.
(2) Make line thickness 25pt, export as svg-base, transparent background again.
(3) Add the base as a form into PrusaSlicer, set height to 1.5mm, position at simple coordinates like x=100 y=100. Don't forget to mirror the svg if is is not symmetric.
(4) Add svg-frame as part (svg) to the base, mirror as before, set height to 10mm, set x and y coordinates as choosen in (3) - so the two parts are positioned correcty and joined.
(5) Remove the markers by putting a surface of a marker on the bed, then cut twice to remove the markers.
I used this to make a cutter with a copyright-protected shape, but as this may not be published the shape shown is a simple one.
If you want lines or motifs on the cookie, draw a second shape, export like the first one, combine both into a base so that everything is connected and add the second SVG with a smaller height, e.g. 8mm or 9mm, depending on how thick your dough is rolled out.
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
