XReal Air + Beam + Beam Pro Storage Box

Storage box for XReal Air XR glasses, XReal Beam and XReal Beam Pro, with a snap lid and compartments for:

• XReal Air Glasses with Light Shield
• XReal Beam Accessory
• XReal Beam Pro Accessory
• USB Cable
• Spare Lenses
• Nose Pad Separator

Whilst designed for the XReal Air, I beleive that the Air 2 and Air 2 Pro should also fit - I'm not sure if the extended Light Shield will, so I have uploaded a STEP file for the Insert in case it needs remodelling. There is space, so it may be OK.

Printing

All main parts were printed at 0.2mm. The box design itself is pretty sturdy so regular PLA should be enough - I used Bambu Sparkly Black PLA. I used 4 walls/top/bottom and 15% infill. The Base will need some regular Support painted on the inside back for the overhang, and the Top needs some for the small lip. The Insert doesn't need to be so sturdy, so I used 3 walls/top/bottom with 10% Cross Hatch. Here I used Elegoo White PLA+. 

In addition there are optional letters to slot into the Lid. These I printed at 0.16mm in Silk PLA, and all were press-fit into place.

The insert is a snug fit but should slot into the Baseif you put the rear in first. The Lid slides in under the overhang and snaps down at the front to close, kind of a hinge-less hinge if you will…
