DIN Rail Holder for OHS Authentication Node

This holder is designed to securely attach an authentication node for the Open Home Security (OHS) system to a standard DIN rail. For more details about this innovative alarm system, visit Open Home Security.

Design Overview

The holder consists of two parts:

  1. Base: Clamps to the DIN rail.
  2. Case Body: Houses the authentication node and secures the PCB.

Assembly Instructions

  1. Align the base and case body with the PCB.
  2. Secure all parts together using screws or M3 bolts.
    • If using M3 bolts, drill out the base holes to a 3mm diameter.
  3. Ensure the spring section of the base faces downward.
  4. Attach to the DIN rail:
    • First, hook the bottom clip onto the rail.
    • Then gently push the assembly upward and forward until it clicks into place.
