The stock setup typically uses a 15-tooth drive pulley & 31 tooth driven pulley, providing a gear ratio of 2.067.

By switching to this 12-tooth pulley, the ratio increases to 2.583, delivering approximately 25% more torque to the driven pulley—ideal for heavy-duty applications like lathes.

Printing Tips: This pulley is designed for a tight, zero-clearance fit on the motor shaft, so your printer must be well-tuned. I printed it in PLA and installed it securely using a dowel and dead-blow hammer. Flip the model in your slicer so the larger side is on the build plate for better print stability. Tree supports (build plate only) ensure clean and accurate results.
