Dummy 13 straw hat

Based on Monkey D Luffy's straw hat from One Piece.

Printing settings

You should use supports, and I'd use PLA but i'm sure you could get away with pretty much anything. For the red band I just switched filament mid print but you could probably just paint everything with paint markers.

I made a hat for it.
