Might want to test different top infill patterns to change the look and feel but sanding up to 1500grit will give a texture similar to a matte plexiglass. I recommend adding a chamfer to get a snap fit.

These are the recommended settings.

• Layer height: 0.2mm
• Extrusion width: 0.4mm, forced
• Infill percentage: 40%
• Infill type: grid, gyroid, honeycomb, triangle, or cubic
• Wall count: 4
• Solid top/bottom layers: 5
• Supports: NONE

 Added holes for a PG7 connection and ECAS.
