Original Prusa MK4S RGB Status LED Diffusor xLCD

I had printed the @perform3d version on my Prusa MK4 and XL and I really loved the very bright rendering. I then changed my MK4 to MK4S and printed the version of @hachleitner_1769169 which fits perfectly on the MK4S, but I found that the rendering was less bright. So I reworked the diffuser to get a brighter result. So I relied on both versions to get this result.
