About this case:

  • The assembled case is 412mm tall, 200mm deep and 165mm wide.
  • This case has handles for carrying.
  • The upper and lower ventilation grilles are attached using 5x2 cylindrical magnets.
  • The central part of the case slides up, giving easy access to internal components.

Print settings for all models:

  • Layer height: 0,3mm
  • Infill: 50

A1 - Case handles

Set supports setting to: For support enforcers only.

Use Paint-on supports tool (Tool type: Smart fill) and select the faces shown in the image.

Enable Brim (Brim type: Outer and inner brim).

 

A2 - Case (№1)

Set supports setting to: For support enforcers only.

Use Paint-on supports tool (Tool type: Smart fill) and select the faces shown in the image         (Supports should only be in ventilation holes).

Enable Brim (Brim type: Outer and inner brim).

 

A3 - Case (№2)

Set supports setting to: For support enforcers only.

Use Paint-on supports tool (Tool type: Smart fill) and select the faces shown in the image         (Supports should only be in ventilation holes).

Enable Brim (Brim type: Outer and inner brim).

Remove the supports.

Cut the bridge shown in red in the image. 

 

A2 - Case (№1)

Remove the supports and brim.

Drill the holes shown in red in the image.

A3 - Case (№2)

Remove the supports and brim.

Drill the holes shown in red in the image.

B2 - Central part (№2)

No post-processing required for this part.

P.S. KKP means Kakapo. This is a rare and endangered parrot species found on several islands in New Zealand. They are very cute.
