I took some inspiration of some bike locks that were made in the past and reused the original lock portion of the Kryptonite bike lock to create a clamping mount that connects to basically any standard tube bike frame.

I use M4 bolts and nuts to hole everything together, and I use super glue to make sure the nuts don't slip out. By using bolts instead of a standard tube size, I am able to fit this clamp mount on a large variety of bikes.  I would also recommend using some kind of adhesive foam to stop the plastic from digging into the frame tubes as well as keep friction to hold the mount in place.

I printed this on an X1 Carbon with PETG-CF for the Brace, and PLA for the Lock Adapter as the Brace tends to warp in the heat. Some physical fine tuning of the M4 bolts you use might be required as I was able to trim my bold to the right size and cap them off with an extra M4 nuts to avoid the screws from coming to far above the top tube.

I included the fusion360 file in order to make adjustments to the bike tube for further compatibility. You will need to merge the bike top tube with other parts and subtract.
