Here is my design for desiccant containers that fit the Bambu Lab AMS. I started with looking at how other folks approached this issue. In the end I decided to make my own version. This design requires zero supports and isn’t printed on a odd angle to capture all features. Instead I decided to make two shell halves that can be printed flat. All it takes is a dot of Super Glue (Cyanoacrylate Adhesive) at each peg hole to assemble. I also incorporated a sliding top cover/door with snap latches for easy opening/closer. This door also has a handle making easier to remove from the AMS. I also maximized the envelope size to still fit with more volume to hold maximum desiccant.
Like other designs I have two versions. One with opening to accept a low cost hydrometer (see below for Amazon link). The other version without the opening to maximize how much desiccant can be loaded. One note: filament spools have to be removed from the AMS to allow access to the desiccant containers.
