Single Dose Hopper for Baratza Grinders

This is a printable single dose hopper for the Baratza Encore, Virtuoso+, Vario and Forte espresso grinders. It can be used with the provided lid or the bellows. The bellows, printed in a flexible filament like TPU, will help to blow the last grinds out of the grinder.

The hopper is provided as a single part, or as separate parts to simplify printing.

You will need:

• 1x vario_sdh_base (may need supports for the locking tabs)
• 3x vario_sdh_supportx3
• 1x vario_sdh_dome
• 1x vario_sdh_lid
  OR
• 1x vario_sdh_bellows (TPU)

Print the hopper in a food-safe filament, like PETG, as it comes into contact with the beans if you're worried about stuff like this. The hopper parts can be assembled using an adhesive of your choice. Super glue (Cyanoacrylate) works well. Be sure to use a fairly flexible filament, e.g. TPU) when printing the bellows. The bellows will usually fail after a few months, so keep replacements on hand.
