There are two versions, one with a ripple bottom so that the cards do not fall down if there are only a few cards left in the biggest register (the other one has a flat bottom).

How to use the "Lernkartei"

  1. Buy DIN A8 cards (74mm x 53mm, max. 80mm wide) and create one card for each learning item, e.g. a calculation like 1x7=?, 2x7=? (or more advanced). You might also paint a MindMap for each studying card.
  2. Put all cards into the first register.
  3. Check your knowledge and if you pass, the card goes in to the next register, repeat in 1 hour, 1 day, 1 week and in 1 month to memorize it for a lifetime.
  4. If you fail, the card goes to the very first register and you have to start with this card from scratch.
  5. Finish once all cards are in the last register, now you are mastering your topics. Have fun. I have just tested it successfully with my son who is in the 2nd class, learning the 1x1.
