Handle designed to fix to the end of a 19mm ply sheet. Used to make a wheeling cabinate allowing full access from the front.
It uses 2 long but thin screws in to the end grain but they run close to bolt that enter from the sides (to help stop pullout. The bolts that go from the outside to the inside are terminated on the inside by wood nuts. Ideally the bolts are actually furnature screws with large flat heads, but washers can be used under normal M6 bolts.
