This is an axis with interchangeable carousels. In this case, there is a carousel suitable for cutting out cookies. I drew a carousel that cuts out a heart outline of about 55 x 55 mm (2" x 2"). If it has any response, I will add more. If you put more flour under the dough, the hearts will stay on the carousel and you can transfer them directly to the carousel on the baking sheet with a little effort. If you remove the flour on the table and add more flour to the edge of the carousel, the hearts will stay on the table.
